Mythic Gardens at Stone Lane Gardens
Just under five miles away from Hill Farm Bed and Breakfast are the tranquil Stone Lane Gardens, a wonderful landscaped garden on Dartmoor National Park.The nursery sells a range of trees all year round and hosts an annual exhibition of local artists' work each summer, entitled 'The Mythic Gardens'.
Lovers of both art and nature will find the Mythic Gardens a wonderful relaxing place to wander through informal woodlands and discover delightful sculptures among the trees and ponds.
Most of the birch and alder trees in the arbotoreum can be purchased from the nursery, smaller trees are available in pots. Stone Lane Gardens also have a mail order business that delivers trees throughout the United Kingdom.
